Appointments
We know you have many choices when choosing a therapist, so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process. Our therapists see clients by appointment only, when it is most convenient for both parties, during the day, evening, or weekend. If you cannot keep a scheduled appointment or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.
Insurance and Billing
We accept most PPO insurance plans, but please contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. We are also contracted with Aetna HMO. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own doctor (PPO plans).
Payment Options
We accept checks, cash or credit cards. Please see our Practice Administrator for details.
