Billing Information

INVOICE

There is nothing our clients have to worry about when it comes to Billing with Dynamic Direction Counseling. 

When you sign up as a client, all of your insurance information will be uploaded into our client portal. As long as you keep that up-to-date (we will remind you each year), then the rest is a piece of cake! 

Dynamic Direction Counseling will take care of all of your insurance submittals and then invoice you for any remaining deductibles, copays, or coinsurance payments. It is easy to keep your HSA/MSA/FSA or other main credit card securely saved in your online portal so there is no bill to remember to pay. After the payment processes, an invoice is created/saved in the portal system and also emailed for your convenience.

At Dynamic Direction Counseling, we will take care of everything for our clients so that they can spend the time taking care of themselves!

How do I pay?

At Dynamic Direction Counseling, we will automatically bill your insurance after your session. All co-pays, deductibles, and private pay fees are subject to be paid in full after we receive payment information from the insurance company. Self-Pay clients will be billed at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Payment is accepted in the form of cash, check or credit card (Visa, Discover, American Express and Mastercard). Regardless of your preferred payment method, we ask every client to provide a credit card on file as a contingency for late cancellations, missed appointments or use for preferred methods of payment. As a healthcare provider, we also accept payments through a Health Savings Account (HSA), Medical Savings Account (MSA), Flexible Spending Account (FSA), etc. but still require a credit card on file as well.

Which insurance companies do you accept (are in-network)? 

We are in-network with BCBS PPOs, AETNA PPOs (including: Meritain PPOs), AETNA HMOs, UNITED HEALTHCARE PPOs (including: UMR, SUREST), LUMINAIRE HEALTH (TRUSTMARK), and CIGNA/EVERNORTH PPOs, and Medicare insurance plans, and our office bills these plans directly to the insurance for your convenience. 

As each plan is different, always check with your insurance provider regarding the specifics of your policy.

Our group currently does NOT accept Medicaid Plans, but can offer affordable self-pay options to those clients. 


Can I Use EAP Benefits for Counseling?

YES! We are contracted with OPTUM EAP, HEALTH ADVOCATE EAP, UNITED HEALTH CARE EAP, M&S EAP, and AETNA EAP. We ask you to provide an EAP authorization number and/or intake letter with the number of sessions authorized at the time of intake. Upon completion of your EAP sessions, we can transfer the billing to your insurance provider.


Do you offer Self-Pay Rates?

YES! We can offer a reduced rate for those who experience financial hardship and are not covered by insurance. Your rate will can be discussed with your clinician and/or the Practice Administrator/Practice Director.

Dynamic Direction Counseling offers daytime, evening, and weekend appointments. We offer in-person and telehealth appointments for your comfort.

Clinicians set their own schedules to accommodate their clients. Phones and emails are monitored 9AM-6PM
